Google ยุติการพัฒนา และสนับสนุน Gmail App บนสมาร์ทโฟน BlackBerry แล้ว
Gmail users who happen to own a BlackBerry smartphone might not like hearing this, but we have to break the bad news anyway. In a statement made on the Google Apps blog page, Google announced that it will end support for the Gmail App for BlackBerry on November 22. Furthermore, the app will not be available for download beyond this date.
Fortunately, those who have the application already installed on their BlackBerry handset may continue using it for as long as they wish. Those who do not, however, are advised to access their Gmail inbox via the service's web interface.
The reason behind the decision is said to be the fact that Google is switching its focus over to the Gmail web UI, which is undergoing an overhaul at the moment. As far as the remaining BlackBerry clients to Google services are concerned, there is no word mentioning their possible discontinuation.
